At SDG Motorsports, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products that meet the standards of performance enthusiasts. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review our Returns Policy below for specific conditions.
1. Final Sale on Custom Orders All SDG products are custom-made and therefore considered final sale. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for custom orders.
2. Defective or Damaged Products If you receive an SDG product that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return or repair request, please provide: A detailed description of the issue Photographic evidence showing the defect or damage Upon review, we will determine whether to repair, replace, or offer another resolution.
3. Warranty Claims SDG products come with a 30-day warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims do not cover issues due to misuse, improper installation, or wear resulting from high-performance use. If you need to file a warranty claim, please contact us with proof of purchase and any relevant installation details.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns If a return is approved due to a defect or error on our part, SDG Motorsports will cover the cost of return shipping. For other returns or warranty claims, customers are responsible for shipping fees.
5. Performance Application Disclaimer Due to the high-stress nature of motorsports applications, SDG Motorsports is not liable for wear, damage, or failure resulting from use in racing or other performance conditions.
